Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions

On December 12, 2006, the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions was created as part of the Federal Accountability Act. This office is independent of the Department of Justice and takes over the duties of the former Federal Prosecution Service (FPS). During the current transition period, updates will be posted here as they become available.
