How to access this service
All support orders in Manitoba are automatically filed with the Maintenance Enforcement Program. The person entitled to receive maintenance support is required to complete a registration package prior to the file being assigned to an enforcement officer.
Service is provided throughout Manitoba, with offices in Winnipeg, Thompson and Brandon.
