Type of service
Interjurisdictional Support Services provides case management services for B.C. clients wishing to obtain, change or enforce maintenance orders in reciprocating jurisdictions. The Service also manages applications and court orders from reciprocating jurisdictions to the B.C. courts for hearings and to the Family Maintenance Enforcement Program for enforcement.

How to access this service
You may complete and submit the necessary forms directly to the program or the court may refer you. Please see the following Web site for more information about the forms.
English. The Service arranges for translation of documents to be submitted to foreign reciprocating jurisdictions.
