The Dispute Resolution Office provides family mediation services to assist people to resolve conflict and reach agreements in a collaborative manner. Issues may include child custody and access, parenting plans, division of property, and financial arrangements.

How to access this service
Parties can access the service:
- by contacting the office at 306-787-5747 or toll free 1-866-257-0927;
- by referral through Family Justice Services if the parties are undergoing supervised access or a custody and access evaluation; or
- by court order directing the parties to attend mediation

Fees are set on a sliding scale based on ability to pay. Hourly fees range from $10 - $50, per party.
