Services offered
Child Support may be obtained by a court application or through the FJS Request for Services process. In either situation, Family Justice Services can offer mediation services to assist parties reach an agreement. If an agreement cannot be reached, the parties can access the Court process. Parties who live in different jurisdictions can obtain child support through the Interjurisdictional Support Order (ISO) process.
