This pie chart is divided into five categories, which stand for each location: city, doesn’t know/other, aboriginal reserve, town, Inuit community.

  • 58% of Aboriginal youth committed or allegedly committed the offence for their current admission in a city
  • 23% of Aboriginal youth committed or allegedly committed the offence for their current admission in a town
  • 17% of Aboriginal youth committed or allegedly committed the offence for their current admission on a reserve
  • 1% of Aboriginal youth committed or allegedly committed the offence for their current admission in an Inuit community
  • 1% don’t know or committed the offence in an other location
