This is a pie chart which illustrates where the Quebec youth included in the Snapshot spent most of their time during the two years before their custody.

This pie chart is divided into three categories, which stand for each location: city, town/doesn’t know/other, and aboriginal reserve.

  • 70% of Quebec youth included in the snapshot lived on a reserve
  • 20% of Quebec youth included in the snapshot lived in a city
  • 16% of Quebec youth included in the snapshot lived in a town/doesn’t know/other
